  • Important Notice: Handle with Care!

    I strongly discourage cutting or bending the stems of your glass flowers. The vibration from cutting can travel up the stem and cause the flower to break, while bending stresses the glass and may lead to cracks or breakage.

    Glasswork Garden is not responsible for any damage caused by altering the stems. I mean... you’re going to do what you’re going to do, but just know that I won’t be replacing flowers that are broken after delivery due to stem alterations. So please, handle with care!

  • At Glasswork Garden, each piece is carefully handcrafted just for you, which means I do not accept returns based on a change of mind. However, I take great care in packaging your order with plenty of cushioning to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event that your glass flowers arrive damaged, please reach out within 14 days, and I’ll happily send a replacement your way.
